Biographies:

Brent Bast – CNH Global Crop Protection Product & Portfolio Manager. I grew up in southwest Minnesota raising corn, soybeans, and hogs, where I still farm with my brothers today.  After college, spent 15 years working a variety of engineering & sales engineering roles at Raven Industries in Sioux Falls, SD before taking this Global Crop Protection Product Manager roll for CNH in 2018.  While at Raven I help design Guidance, Autoboom, and Section Control systems before leading a sales engineering team focused on OEM business development.  A few of my major CNH highlights so far include Case IH 50 Series Patriots release, Various updates to the New Holland Guardian product offering updates and acquisition of Specialty Enterprises.

Joshua Ladd is a Product Marketing Manager at John Deere, responsible for product positioning and messaging for John Deere’s See & Spray™portfolio of products. He works with internal stakeholders and customers throughout North America to deliver products that will help customers bemore productive and more efficient. With over a decade of product marketing experience across a variety of different products, Joshua brings hiscustomer-first approach to work every day.

A graduate of Iowa State University (Go Cyclones!), Joshua currently resides in Iowa with his wife and three children. In his free time, you canfind him supporting his daughters’ sports teams and riding the rollercoaster that is being a Minnesota Vikings fan.

Chelsea Honnette has worked for the AGCO Corporation in various roles across the last ten years focused on new product development and technology integration. Most recently, she has been leading the Future Crop Care solutions team.  In this role she works closely with Product Development teams in defining solutions based on needs of the customers.

Additionally, Chelsea and her husband Ryan are row crop farmers in Southwest Minnesota where they also raise their two children.
